Mouthwatering Kilpatrick Oysters Recipe
You will need:
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup of Tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of Spring onion
2 rashers of Bacon
How to make mouthwatering Kilpatrick Oysters
Preheat the grill to 200 degrees. Place the rock salt on a baking tray in a thick layer. Arrange the oysters on the rock salt.
Cut the bacon into tiny cubicles. Fry up the bacon until they are nice and crisp.
Combine the Worcestershire sauce, Tomato Sauce, and Tabasco sauce in a bowl. Stir them together until they are well mixed.
Divide the bacon on top of the oysters and top a teaspoon of sauce over the bacon and oysters.
Put under the hot grill for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling.
Cut up the spring onion and sparkle on top of the Oysters when they are finished cooking on the grill.
