Owl Crochet Pattern
Skill level: Easy.
Crochet hook 2.5 mm
Crochet yarn 4 ply 100 % Acrylic in Multicolored blue, curly white, pink, and red. 100 % cotton yarn in black and white.

Slip stitch (sl st)
Single crochet (sc)
Other crochet abbreviations: 2 sc tog = 2 single crochet together.
How to Crochet Owl Pattern.
Round 1. Ch 4, sl st in ch 1.
Round 2. 5 sc in ring.
Round 3. Sc in sc, 2 sc in next sc, continue all around.
Round 4. 2 sc in each sc all around.
Round 5. Sc in sc all the way around.
Round 6. Sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc tog, sc in remaining sc until last 5 sc, 2 sc tog, sc in last 3 sc.
Round 7. Sc in sc all around.
Round 8. Rep round 6.
Round 9. Sc in sc all around.
Round 10. Sc in next 3 sc, (2 sc tog) x 2, sc in remaining sc.
Round 11. Sc in sc.
Begin crochet owl’s head.
Round 12. 2 sc in each sc around.
Round 13. Rep round 12.
Round 14-15. Sc in sc all around.
Round 16. Sc in sc, 2 sc tog, rep all around.
Round 17. Rep round 16.
Round 18. Sc in sc all around.
Round 19. Rep round 16.
Round 20. Sc in sc all around.
Round 21. 2 sc tog until hole is closed.
Crochet Owl Wings.
Row 1. Ch 5, turn, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in remaining chs. Turn.
Row 2-3. Sc in sc. Turn.
Row 4. Sc in sc, 2 sc tog, sc in last sc. Turn.
Row 5-6. Sc in sc.
With a sewing needle, stitch wings to the Owl’s sides.
Crochet Owl’s Feet.
Row 1. Ch 6, turn, sc in 3rd ch from hook, 3 sc in next ch, sc in remaining chs. Fasten off. Weave in ends. Use a sewing needle and attach last sc to bottom of owl’s body.
Crochet Owls Eyes.
Make 2. Use black yarn.
Round 1. Ch 3, sl st in 1st ch.
Round 2. 7 sc in ring.
Round 3. 12 sc in ring. With a sewing needle stitch eyes to Owl’s head.
With multicolored blue yarn and a sewing needle, stitch on eyelids. Use pink yarn and stitch on eyelids on top of the blue yarn.
Use fake eyelashes and tuck under the pink yarn.
Crochet Owl’s Beak.
Row 1. Ch 4, turn, sc in 2nd ch from hook, 3 sc in next ch, sc in last sc. Fasten off. With a sewing needle attach to front of Owl’s head.
Use Curly White Yarn and slip stitch to top of head. I cut the strings of hair so it looks like spikey.
I decided to give it more hair.

Have fun with this crochet Owl Pattern. I made mine look more like a rockstar voodoo doll hahahaha…. I might have overdone it a bit with the pink eyelids lol……Not to mention the spikey hair….. I will never grow tired of crochet. I never know what the end result will be until I am finished. That is the beauty of crochet.
