Crochet Snail Pattern
In this crochet project, you will need:
Crochet hook size 3.0 (uk) or Hook size C/2 (US)
Crochet Yarn in acrylic dark blue, light blue, chunky brown, white, black, feather orange
Crochet Snail Amigurumi Pattern

Begin crochet snail house. You will make 2 motifs that you will join together and fill with craft stuffing.
With dark blue yarn:
Round 1. Ch 2, turn, 9 dc in 2nd ch from hook, sl st in 1st dc.
Round 2. 15 htr in hole, sl st in 1st htr.
Round 3. 2 dc in next 6 htr, turn, (ch 3, sk 1 dc, sl st in next dc) x 6. Fasten off. Slip stitch sides together. Fill in craft filling inside.
Attach fluffy yarn and reattach with sl st in 3-ch sp.
Round 4. (3 dc in 3-ch sp, sl st in next 3-ch sp) x 6. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Crochet snail body.
Begin crochet snail tail.
Use light blue yarn:
Round 1. Ch 2, turn, 7 dc in 2nd ch from hook.
Round 2 – 3. Dc in dc.
Round 4 – 15. Dc in 3 dc.
Begin crochet snail head.
Round 16- 18. 2 dc in dc to end.
Round 19 – 21. Dc in dc.
Round 22. (2 dc tog) x 3, 2 dc in next dc until last 6 dc, (2 dc tog) x 3.
Round 23. Dc in dc.
Round 24. Rep round 22.
Round 25. Dc in dc.
Round 26. 2 dc tog.
Fill craft filling in snail tail and sl st hole together. Stitch sides of head together and fill in with craft filling as you go. Sl st body to snail house.
Crochet snail eyes.
White white. Ch 2, turn, 5 dc in 2nd ch from hook. Fasten off. Sl st to side of head.
With black stitch pupil inside eye and stitch with black around eye.
Crochet snail nose.
With light blue yarn:
Ch 2, turn, 7 dc in 2nd ch from hook. Fasten off. Fold over and sl st edges together. Sl st nose to snail head.
With orange feather yarn, sl st Mohawk on top of snail head.
With red yarn stitch the mouth.
