Pavlova Recipe ~ Impress Everyone with this Free Recipe
You will need:
6 free-range eggs.
1.25 cups of caster sugar.
2 table spoon of icing sugar.
2 teaspoon of corn flour.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
2 table spoons white vinegar.
300 ml of thickened cream.
Passion fruit pulp.
How to Make an Eyestopper Pavlova
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Beat the eggs with a mix master. Add the sugar one tablespoon at the time. Keep the mix master on medium speed until all the sugar is melted into the mix. Beat in the cornflour and vanilla essence. Add the white vinegar.
Spoon the mixture on about a 9-inch radius circle on the baking paper. Make furrows with a knife to shape the meringue. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce the temperature in the oven to 110 degrees. Bake for another 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave the meringue until oven is cold. The meringue should now be crisp.
Whisk the thickened cream until it is a firm cream has formed. Spread over the meringue. Top with passion fruit pulp, strawberries, blueberries, and mangoes.
