Turmeric Latte (also called Golden Latte)
You will need:
2 cups of Almond milk (or coconut milk)
3 teaspoons of turmeric paste
Cinnamon Pods.
1 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
3 tablespoons of grated ginger
2.5 teaspoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of Manuka honey
How to make yourself the best Turmeric Latte
Warm the milk in a saucepan. Add the teaspoons of turmeric paste and stir it into the milk. Add the grated ginger and the cinnamon pods. Stir in the coconut oil. Last but not least, add the Manuka honey. Stir and pour your Turmeric Latte into a cup or mug. Sprinkle Cinnamon powder on top. Enjoy! 🙂
